Jesus exercised practical love by praying for His Disciples and affirming His protection as He guarded them (Jn. 17:11b-19). Do we imitate Jesus and genuinely pray for each other?
Do we extend sacrificial love that seeks the growth, development and well-being of all? If we do these things, we not only please the Lord, but we also make our world better.
Lord Jesus, You show us how to live and share life with others. May we all embrace the power of prayer and the beauty of uplifting the lives of everyone with whom we journey. Amen.
