Jesus tells us to “remain in Him”, because without Him we “can do nothing” (Jn. 15:1-8). He who made us, desired that we be joined with Him in an eternal bond of love. Since He first loved us, and His love empowers, then to remain in Him means that we can face any issue, challenge or problem with faith and confidence that we will conquer and be victorious.
Lord Jesus, You made us for Yourself. May our union of love help us to produce fruits that reveal the beauty and joy of being Your eternal bride. Amen.
