“Even the dogs eat the scraps” (Mt. 15:27). Animal lovers do all that they can to properly care for their pets because of their love for them. For those who are financially able, they give more than “scraps”. When it comes to people, are we satisfied with what we share? Do we give “scraps” to others? God gives us His best. We should aim to do the same.
Lord Jesus, You gave us the very best of Yourself for our salvation. Help us to recognise the dignity You give to all, so that what we share may be a reflection of Your pure love. Amen.
