“The harvest is the end of the age” (Mt. 13:39). Our merciful God gives us the gift of time to repent. We are to change our ways that do not conform to His word, will or pleasure. But time runs out for everyone. Therefore it is urgent to reflect on the state of our minds, hearts and souls so that we can identify that which needs to be altered for our salvation. Our God desires us to be with Him. We have to show that we want the same with the Lord.
Lord Jesus, You give us all that we need to inherit Your kingdom and to be with You always. May we respond, and do all that we can to live as a people who yearn for eternal presence. Amen.
