There is a certain truth in life that every individual must face and own: worrying does not change anything. We worry to our detriment because worrying only drains our energy, puts us in a negative place and leads to self-defeat.
Jesus tells us, “Do not worry” (Mt. 6:25). If we trust in the Lord who provides for the birds, then not only will we sing like them, but we will also will soar to new heights of surrender, knowing that our God will always care for us.
Loving Father, You beautifully made us and, even more wonderfully, care for us. May the trust we have in Your power lead us to proclaim Your goodness to all the world. Amen.
