A heart full of love brings joy and laughter. A broken heart brings pain and sadness. Jesus tells us that it is “from the fullness of the heart that the mouth speaks” (Lk. 6:45). If our hearts are in the right place with God and each other, we will bear good fruits in our lives. But if our hearts are disconnected, then evil sets in and rotten fruits are manifested. Pay attention to your heart. A good heart will always produce good words and actions.
Lord Jesus, You tell us to love You and each other with all our heart. May we appreciate the truth that when we allow Your grace, word and Spirit to cultivate our hearts, that is when we can truly bear good fruits that celebrate Your glory and bring joy to all people. Amen.
