I woke up with a sense of joy because today is Mom’s birthday. Each time my mind recalls a memory of Mom, my heart sings and my spirit dances. Just the mere thought of her brings a healing and calm to my entire being. Such is the power of love.
Jesus is love incarnate. He never fails to heal us just as He did with the crowds (Mk. 3:10). We only need to turn to Him in prayer and claim His healing. Give thanks to Him, and also for those in our lives who impart real peace and genuine happiness.
Lord Jesus, we thank You for Your love and healing grace in our lives. Bless those whose memory and presence also make our spirits rejoice and our souls glorify You. Amen.
