Believers are given a comforting reassurance in today’s first reading. We are told that God does not overlook the love and service we offer for His name (Heb. 6:10). God sees and knows all, both the intention and action we demonstrate to advance His kingdom.
Experience shows people can be blind, exhibit ingratitude, reveal warped interpretations or even forget the good and kindness shown to them. But God not only sees every iota we do for His glory, but also blesses and strengthens us to keep bearing fruit that lasts.
Father, Your eyes are on the sparrow and we believe that You also watch over us. Bless the service we offer, guide us through the storms of life, and lead us into Your arms. Amen.
