Today our Lord makes it very clear that there are no limits to doing good (Lk. 6:6-11). The moment we find reasons not to feed, heal, forgive or help someone, then those excuses become idols, since they go against the goodness of God. His tender love and mercy are always extended to us. Are we ready and willing to do the same for others?
Lord Jesus, You never hesitate to pour Your healing and saving power into our lives. May what we desire constantly from You, be the motive for what we are called to be for others: icons of Your goodness. Amen.
