God, our Father and King, wants us to be in His presence. He provides not only the finest banquet for our needs (Mt. 22:1-14), but also gives us the best He has to offer: His Son for our salvation. Since we know this, the question we all need to ponder is, “Do I also desire to be in God’s presence, and am I willing to give Him the best of myself?”
Loving Father, You are the fulfilment of our heart’s desire and the satisfaction of our souls. May we seek and enjoy Your company daily, and give You the best of ourselves. Amen.
