Every generation is given the task to own and pass on the faith to the next generation. We may struggle at times, but God’s grace empowers us to persevere. Each parent, sponsor and grandparent is called to heed the Lord to let the children come to Him (Mt. 19:13-15). Our lives are meant to motivate our children to draw close to our loving Lord.
Our Father, You sent Jesus, Your Son, to reveal You and to draw us back to You. May our lives be celebrations of Your goodness, as we form our children in Your love. Amen.
