How do we evangelise? We are called, blessed and sent by the Lord to tell others the good news. Our lives aligned to the values of the kingdom of God are powerful examples for all to see. But what happens when people want to dialogue?
We have a beautiful paradigm for evangelisation in today’s gospel (Lk. 7:18b-23). Jesus points to His many miracles as proof of who He is and what He can do. Ours is the task to tell others all that the Lord has done, and continues to do, in our lives.
Lord Jesus, Your power and love in our lives knows no bounds. As we stay awake and pay attention to the wonders You perform in our lives, may we show our gratitude by choosing to be sources of good news, and tell all people what marvels You do in our lives. Amen.
