Jesus said, “Whoever keeps my word will never see death” (Jn. 8:51). He, the Word made flesh, invites us to live a particular quality of life by living according to the inspired word of the Bible. As we prepare for Holy Week, let us examine ourselves to see if we have been walking in the ways of the Lord. If yes, then give thanks to God. If no, then it is time to change and return to the Lord with all our hearts. Lord Jesus, pour Your Spirit upon us. Help us to abide by Your word, bring us back when we stray, and lead us into eternal life. Amen.
