Despite the advancements in technology, capturing a subject on camera requires proper focus. We can edit and photoshop all our pictures. The image that one wants however, needs to be targeted and given due attention, so that it becomes the centre of attention. There will be many images and a plethora of unsettling daily news in life (Lk. 21: 20-26). News of calamity and destruction can evoke fear and leave us feeling powerless. But if we keep our focus on Jesus who comes to us every day (Lk. 21:27), hope and victory will be ours. Lord Jesus, touch my eyes to see You in and through every moment of my life. May the vision of Your face give me courage and strength. Amen.
