"I stand accused of loving you." If you and I were to stand trial in a court based on how we love, would we be found by the jury to be guilty or innocent? Jesus commands us to love one another as He has loved us (Jn. 15:12). This commandment is not restricted to family and friends, but extends to every individual God places in our lives. There are times when loving will be a joy, and times when it will be difficult and challenging. However, we who are guilty of love will please our Father, give praise to His Son, and live in the power of the Spirit.

Love others: are we guilty or innocent? Lord Jesus, help us to imitate you, the embodiment of love, and live as disciples guilty of loving everyone as You command. Amen
