We worship God who is all-powerful. As limited human beings, do we mistakenly limit His omnipotence? If we truly believe in the real power of God, then, there is no mountain so tall that we can't climb, no sea so deep we that can't swim, no challenge so big that we can't overcome. God is constantly making all things new (Is. 65:17).

Today, allow yourself to be surprised by God, whose extraordinary power will lead you out of the mundane and darkness, into His loving will of new joy, adventure and the comfort of His light. God is calling, what is your response?

Father, teach me to be open to the new surprises of life that Your Spirit invites me to embrace. Amen.
