Easter Bytes

Have you ever noticed how converts to the faith have such a zeal and greater fire than those who were born and grew up in the Church? The latter seem to take everything for granted, even to the extent of not knowing and appreciating the beauty of what it means to be a believer. The convert has this drive to know more, draw closer to Jesus and courageously tell others about Him. We see this reality with the Jew named Apollos (Acts 18:23-28).

The spiritual life is an ongoing journey of conversion. Let us pray for the grace to be renewed in our faith, sharing Christ with others. Lord Jesus, fill us with Your Spirit and grace, so that we may always choose to draw close to you, and reveal Your saving love to all who we encounter. Amen.
