Our world comprises many people of varied personalities, mindset and views. Everyone is free to believe, choose and act based on one’s formation, information and influences. It is with this reality in mind that room has to be made for differences in opinions.
Living with diversity is part and parcel of the journey of life. The beauty of this truth is that God is not only present to all people, but works through each individual for the growth of self and benefit of others (Lk. 16:1-8). God’s grace draws all to Him over time.
Lord Jesus, You value each of us as Your ‘jewel’ in creation. May we affirm our worth by the choices we make and the lifestyle we embrace that serve to bring honour to You. Amen.
